Dr. Sarah Brooksbank graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Complimentary Medicine) and a Masters of Osteopathy with Distinction. Sarah is an experienced Osteopath and has been working in Melbourne for over 9 years.
Sarah also holds a Diploma of Clinical Pilates, allowing her to educate her patients with a greater range of exercise protocols for the management of their conditions.

Whilst completing part of her degree, Sarah worked with a local AFL team as a sports trainer where she gained further knowledge about sporting injuries and the application of first aid, taping and treatment procedures in these cases. She has also completed a dry needling and cupping course to enable her to further assist her clients and their recovery process.

In 2018, Sarah received a certificate in Cranial Techniques and Advanced Treatment Protocols in Paediatric Osteopathy. She enjoys treating children of all ages and working with both the parent and child to help achieve optimal treatment outcomes.

Sarah has a great passion for Osteopathy, is very approachable and thoroughly enjoys working with people of all ages to help them get back on track. She uses a range of techniques to treat many conditions including headaches, neck pain, back and shoulder pain, muscle injuries, joint pain and sporting injuries. She often demonstrates exercises and stretches that can be incorporated into everyday life to further enhance the recovery process.

Sarah is a member of Osteopathy Australia, registered with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, qualified for dry needling and is registered for private health rebates through the HICAPS facility.

Dr. Alysha Roberts graduated from RMIT University with a double degree Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) and Bachelor of Health Science, both with Distinction.
 

Alysha is an avid sports player growing up playing Rep Netball and currently playing Ultimate Frisbee, having competed for Victoria. Her love of sport and movement led her to pursue a career in the health sector. Alysha was drawn to Osteopathy due to its holistic nature and focus on whole body health.
 

Alysha enjoys treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions of the spine, postural complaints and sporting injuries. She has a special interest in foot and ankle injuries after suffering a few of her own. She uses a range of techniques including soft tissue massage, muscle energy techniques, joint mobilisation, dry needling and HVLA. She often prescribes rehabilitation exercises, stretches and ergonomic advice to aid the healing process outside of the treatment room.


Alysha is a member of Osteopathy Australia, registered with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and is registered for private health rebates through the HICAPS facility.
